These experiences taught her the importance of communication and messaging. A turning point came in her life when she learned she could combine passion, life experience, and a decade-long career in marketing and communications into a toolset to help businesses and individuals achieve goals. As a marketing and communications professional with a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's in business, Chloe has worked with many organizations, from small businesses to large global organizations. Fight or Flight: Defining Personal Values to Make Decisions

In this episode, I talk about weighing your personal values against that of the decision you are facing to decide whether to stay in that job or not, accept a new position, get into a new relationship, or continue a friendship, etc. Taking time to detox from the toxic is important. How do you feel WITHOUT that thing, that job, or that person and how do you feel WITH it? Environments are created by people. Learning to manage personalities, knowing yourself, and finding mutual respect for others allows you to make a decision based on your own happiness and personal values. Know when it is time to fight or flight.
