How do you feel WITHOUT that thing, that job, or that person and how do you feel WITH it? Environments are created by people. Learning to manage personalities, knowing yourself, and finding mutual respect for others allows you to make a decision based on your own happiness and personal values. Know when it is time to fight or flight.
